J.W. Construction Holding S.A. after the 1st quarter of 2013 opts to concentrate on new residential projects.
In the 1st quarter, J.W. Construction Holding S.A. took steps to launch the next 8 residential projects in the nearest future, including a project by Kasprzaka street in Warsaw and Millennium Community in Katowice. Those as well as other residential projects located in Warsaw and other Polish towns will help the company to stick to its plan of introducing for sale another 6,000 units.
J.W. Construction Holding S.A., in the first quarter of 2013, received the revenue from sales totaling 85,9m zloty and the net profit of 4,3m zloty. The sales gross margin was 21%. During this time the Company sold 189 units. In this analysis, 244 units were taken into account.
“I believe that the number of 189 sold units in the first quarter of 2013 should be considered satisfactory. It is worth noting that for the time being we have not introduced new projects which we plan to launch as soon as by the end of the year. What I mean here are Phase 1 of the community by Kasprzaka Street in Warsaw and Phase 1 of the project in Katowice by Tysiaclecia street in Warsaw. Therefore, I believe that because of broadening our offer, in the next quarters of 2013, the sales level will increase, contributing to the results of the financial periods to come,” says Małgorzata Szwarc-Sroka, the Head of Economic Division at J.W. Construction Holding S.A.
In the first quarter of 2013, the Company received official certificates of occupancy for 2 projects in Warsaw, namely Zielona Dolina I and Swiatowida community. In addition, in April 2013, building permits for the project in Warsaw’s Wola were obtained.
“Obtaining the building permit for the residential project by Kasprzaka street in Warsaw’s Wola is extremely important for us. It will help us include a new perfectly locatedprestigious project in our offer. Bliska Wola community, which is going to be the final name of this residential and commercial complex, combines the advantages of living in the heart of the city and the green amenities within the project, so local dwellers can spend their leisure time there,” adds M. Szwarc-Sroka, the Head of Economic Division at J.W. Construction Holding S.A.
