OXYGEN almost finished
With the new elevation of perforated metal, the construction of Oxygen apartments at 45 Wronia street has entered its final stage. Common parts are now being finished. According to the agenda, those apartments should be ready for occupancy in the 2nd quarter of 2013.
The impressive architectural concept of the design by Rafael de La-Hoz Castanys with the dominant element of perforated elevation served as the inspiration for the name of the building. The openings engraved in the metal whose patterns can be seen already imitate oxygen molecules.
“The symbol of Oxygen has been the leitmotif of the interior design. The molecules of this element are mostly present in the form of lenses bulging the visual information, and their pattern appear on finishing materials,” explains Edyta Andrejczyk, an architect at RAB, an architectural firm.
Common parts in the Oxygen building constitute the useable area of 6,000 sq. m. that will be finished in a high standard. The floors will be covered in granites such as Kashmir White and Forest Black, and the walls of halls will be finished with sandstone plates, and in some parts painted glass and veneer facing will be used. Every apartment will have the highest quality antiburglar doors surrounded by illuminating portals with an apartment number panel on.
The sales salon is located on the ground floor of the Kolmex building at 80/82 Grzybowska Street in Warsaw.
