The new and limited flat sales program called „ Firstmove in and then buy”
In April, J.W. Construction introduced proprietary, limited program for the sale of flats.This program allows clients, in the initial stage, to rent a flat from the developer and then in the period of one year and a half to make a decision of buying it. Depending on the moment when the client decides to purchase the flat, the developer offers relatively high price bonus that constitutes a reimbursement of incurred cost of hiring. .
The results of the client needs analysis show that, in the market, there is no interesting flat offer for people interested in renting fully equipped units for a reasonable price
and with a good location. For this reason we decided to introduce a limited program under the name „ Firstmove in and then buy”. This program is dedicated for customers who do not have time for decorating their flats and want to immediatelymove into a turnkey and ready for occupation flat.
The program is also a solution for people who are at the stage of changing work and need to move permanently to Warsaw. It is also an attractive offer for people who are in a complicated personal situation and do not want to share a flat with somebody else.

The developer has prepared a small pool of flatsthat are dedicated to the program. These flats are situated in two locations. The first location is Górczewska Park in Wola district, the second one is Lewandów Park II in Białołęka district.
The flats in the scope of the program„ Firstmove in and then buy” are available in two options. The first option assumes that the client move into a turnkey flats, in the second option- the company passes a flat with an unfinished interior.
„In the new sales program we presented the clients with the offer of flats in two different locations. Górczewska Park location is the most popular among the clients who enjoy urban lifestyle, on the other hand Lewandów Park is a perfect offer for people who appreciate the beauty of a green of a secluded area.
Through this program we also wanted to our clients the functionality
and aesthetics of our flats. Interior design of our turnkey flats was designed by professionals from the interior design team of J.W. Construction Holding S.A.” – mentions Tomasz Panabażys.
The rental price depending on location and living area ranges from PLN 1,500 to PLN 3,300 per month. The program, in legal terms, is safe for both the clients and developer.
It also assumes that people who decide to buy a rented flat in the period from the first to the sixth month from moving in, will be reimbursed for the costs of renting in the amount of 75%. However, if they decide to buy a flat in the period from the seventh monthto one year, they can expect the reduction in rental cost in a half. The reimbursementfor rental cost by 25%will be given to the clients who purchase the flat in the period from the 13th month to 18th month from moving in- as this is a period of the program „ Firstmove in and then buy”.
In addition, each client participating in this project will be compulsory verified in the scope of creditworthiness by the credit counselor ofJ.W. Construction Holding S.A.
