In August, after several years’ break, J.W. Construction Holding S.A. included ‘turnkey” apartments in its offer. The idea pioneered by the Company in 1999 was resumed due to a large number of clients interested in such a finish option for their new apartments. It means that the clients have a choice between shell and “turnkey” apartments. This offer applies to all the projects realized by the Company and is available in three versions: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Depending on the version, a client needs to be prepared to pay extra PLN 610, 740 or 1,500 per square metre, respectively. “We have introduced the “turnkey” finish option to meet the needs of our clients planning to buy an apartment in the near future. We have noticed that our clients more and more often use the services of our Interior Design Department, and that is why we enabled them to choose between shell and “turn-key” apartments,” comments Jerzy Zdrzałka, the President of the Management Board. The developer company offers 3 finish programs: Silver Program called “Practical execution”, Gold Program called “In a good style”, and Platinum Program called “Ultimate elegance”. The price includes finishing materials as well as performance and supervision of works. The offer covers a ready-to-use bathroom, wall and floor tiles in a kitchen, veneered doors, flooring and paint coating in the whole apartment. The materials offered by the developer company in the Silver Program help achieve interesting design effects at an affordable price. The Gold Program covers a wider choice of products to allow more elaborate design solutions. The Platinum Program has been developed for clients expecting elegance and modern design materials of top quality. The clients who will decide to use the “turnkey” apartment option will save their time and pass the responsibility for finishing their apartment onto the Interior Design Department, which has operated in J.W. Construction for many years. ***
